Company Consolidation and New Owners Joining the Vanguard Family!

After years of careful planning and consideration, we are pleased to announce a significant milestone for our company: a consolidation that will propel us even further along the path of success we have enjoyed since Bob and Martha started Vanguard in the basement of their first home.
Vanguard management is happy to announce that we have merged Vanguard Adjusters Group and Vanguard Claims Administration under one corporate umbrella. As many of you know and have certainly experienced, Vanguard has committed to providing excellent service to our clients for over 25 years. This consolidation will strengthen our position in the market and enhance our ability to provide you with top-notch offerings and services.
But that’s not all! We are also delighted to announce two remarkable individuals will be joining our ownership team. I am happy to officially say that Nicole Goral and Jon Dunn are now part of the ownership structure at Vanguard. These two bring a wealth of experience and what could be described as fresh perspectives and great energy to our organization if it had not been for the fact that both have been part of the Vanguard Family for more than 15 years. Their passion for quality, unprecedented work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction align perfectly with our long-held philosophy that “Every Claim Counts,” we are so happy to continue Vanguard’s exciting journey with these two remarkable individuals!
With their guidance and expertise, we are confident that Vanguard will thrive even more than it already has, continuing to deliver unparalleled solutions and experiences to our cherished customers and our customers customers. Bob made a promise to Vanguard’s clients during his first marketing meeting. That commitment, which has become the cornerstone of Vanguard’s success, was to always put exceptional work product before corporate profit. This commitment is most evident in our employee-to-claim count ratio. Without exception, Vanguard carries the lowest claim pending per examiner/adjuster in the industry. With our other unique team structures and complete supervisory overview, Vanguard continues to make good on this promise.
